Returns And Refunds Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling of consulting services (“Services”) are handled. By purchasing our Services, you agree to this policy.

2. Refunds

Due to the digital and personalized nature of consulting services:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases, such as:
    • Failure to deliver the service as described
    • Technical errors preventing service delivery

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to shop.primeprestige@gmail.com within 7 days of the service delivery date.


3. Cancellations

  • Clients may request to cancel a service before it has been delivered.
  • If a cancellation is accepted, the service may be rescheduled or, in rare cases, a partial credit may be considered at our discretion.
  • Services that have already been delivered or accessed cannot be cancelled.

4. Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule a consulting session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Rescheduling requests should be sent to shop.primeprestige@gmail.com.
  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for refund.

5. Technical Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Poor internet connectivity on the client’s side
  • Failure to access the service due to device or software limitations

However, if technical issues prevent us from delivering the service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative session or solution.
